Help us shape the future of the tech industry

Volunteers are the backbone of Coded by Kids: a talented group of civically engaged students and professionals supporting our classrooms and directly impacting the lives of our students. We need a variety of volunteers to facilitate learning and spread the word about our organization. Sessions are held the first Saturday of each month.

PARTNER WITH US
With your help, we can create opportunities for every child.
CbK partners are companies and individuals dedicated to our mission and eager to help us find ways to impact more students in more places.
We are always seeking opportunities to introduce our students to new people, places, and things in the tech industry. Program partners host groups of students for office visits, give talks about career opportunities, and visit classrooms to give students professional feedback on their projects. Got an idea for us?
Our curriculum partners keep us up to date with current trends in technology and software engineering. They help us answer questions like “What developer tools should we teach in our classrooms?” and use their industry expertise to inform the development of new curricula and project ideas.
Interested in the intersection of technology, education, and social justice? Us too! Research partners help us to design, conduct, and publish studies that inform our work and measure our impact.
Getting the word out about our programs would be tough without the help of our enthusiastic parents, educators, and community groups. Outreach partners make sure residents know about CbK programs happening in their neighborhood, and help recruit new students and volunteers.
Know of a school that can benefit from one of our programs? A reporter interested in trends in tech education? Marketing and PR partners direct us to new program and media opportunities that expand our reach.
Questions? Ideas? Please contact our partnerships team and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
