In 2021, Coded by Kids launched 1Philadelphia, a citywide Initiative that brings together funders, employers, schools, and community organizations to collectively build an equitable tech and innovation education system for Philadelphia residents.
1Philadelphia creates programs, produces events, and facilitates community connections, so that like-minded organizations can unite around a shared mission and vision. The goal is to create a robust ecosystem in which Philadelphia residents have the resources, support, and opportunity to succeed in tech and innovation careers, regardless of age, background, or financial situation.
